When you order: name, delivery address, email, phone, the items ordered and any message you add. We use this data only to process, deliver and follow up your order and to send you the related emails.
Payment
Payment is processed by Revolut. You enter your card details directly with Revolut; we never see them.
Sharing
We share your address with the carrier (for example Swiss Post) for delivery. The website is hosted in Switzerland. Your data is never sold.
Cookies
We only use one technical cookie to remember your bag. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Order data is kept as long as the law requires (accounting: 10 years).
