These terms apply to every order placed on sultana-artisanal.ch.
1. Prices
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Delivery costs are added and shown before payment.
2. Order and payment
Your order is binding once payment is accepted. Payment is made securely online through Revolut by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see your card details. You receive a confirmation by email.
3. Delivery
Delivery conditions are described on the Delivery & returns page. Delivery times are indicative.
4. Right of return
You can return a piece in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, after contacting us. Return shipping is at your expense. Personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Handmade pieces
Our objects are made and painted by hand. Slight variations in shape, colour or pattern are part of their character and are not a defect.
6. Personal data
Your data is used only to process and deliver your order, in line with Swiss data protection law, and is never sold.
7. Applicable law
Swiss law applies.
